Business Cards
One thing that is crucial to a realtor is having good quality business cards! I worked with Karen to develop a card that provided all the necessary information to her clients without seeming overwhelming or cluttered.
Listing Flyer
Presenting a potential buyer with all the information from the MLS listing can be overwhelming! I worked with Karen to create this flyer that would be used as a template for her listings so that the clients could get detailed information on the house while also getting a visual of what the highlights of the home look like!
Letterhead Design
For the letterhead, Karen wanted it to be simple and able to be printed on her home printer. This meant that I had to work within the margins that her home printer allowed. The image to the left is the cropped design where the printer would add its margins to the outside so that it could be printed on any printer that she had access to!
